Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders are processed during Monday to Friday business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). All orders are shipped with Australia Post, please allow 1 week for delivery as delivery times can be delayed and we take no responsibility for the delays. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Custom Orders

For all custom orders we will provide Shipping and Delivery information specific to your order.

Postage

All orders can be shipped with a postage charge of $15.00 Standard and $20.00 Express Shipping (depending on location, contact us to confirm postage details).

Local Pick Up

Orders can be collected during the times of 9am- 12pm on the day collection has been organised. Pick up is Hervey Bay QLD 4655.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thecookiehub@outlook.com, with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All orders are packed well and we take no responsibility for damage during transit, meaning refunds are not available if products arrive damaged. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. We recommend ordering extra cookies to avoid disappointment.
